The files are contained in a single word processing file (Microsoft
Word 2000 format) with the individual documents "stacked" on top of one
another with page breaks in between. Use these forms at your
own
risk. It is recommended that you seek the advice of an

Name
Availability: You can't use a corporate
name that is
the same (or very similar) to an existing corporation. You
can view the Division of Corporation's database to determine
if the
name you have chosen is available.
- Note:
the
Division's internet database will show both current and dissolved
corporations. The names of corporations which have been dissolved for
more than one year are generally available for re-use). You can call
