Housing Administrator

Annual Salary $30,000 + Excellent Benefits


Basic Objectives:

The Housing Administrator’s primary responsibility is to certify the income of tenants to determine eligibility for BHS apartments and execute lease agreements. Ideal candidate will be familiar with income certification regulations (Section 8, HOME, SHIP, bond, tax credit…) or have prior experience leasing rental property.

Position Requirements:

Must have excellent organizational skills and mathematical aptitude. Must be able to work under pressure, be self motivated, flexible, dependable and accurate. Must demonstrate ability & patience to work with special needs clientele. Must be computer literate with expertise in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
