Property Manager- Royalton Apartments

Crossroads Management, LLC, is looking for a property manager for the Royalton apartments, a 100-unit property providing both permanent supportive SRO units for formerly homeless individuals, and “workforce” housing at 60% of area medium income.


  • perform all aspects of leasing and assist the Director in the daily administration of the property

  • lease apartments, process applications and perform data entry and the generation of reports

  • prepare and document tenant income certification, move-in, annual and interim certification, oversee the compliance process for all programs

  • handle the smooth and efficient process of move-ins and move-outs

  • collect and account for tenant rent, subsidy payments and other rental assistance from the Government and private agencies

  • coordinate and oversee the efficiency of the maintenance department in dealing with work orders, inspections, emergencies and ensure follow-up of service requests./font>

  • assist the Director in ensuring property is in compliance with all funding sources and monitoring entities

  • oversee the cleaning, security and the general quality and appearance of the property and units.


Previous experience (at least 1 year) in tax credits and/or section 8

Proficiency in written and verbal communications (English/Spanish)

Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
